Dewo Storage supplies warehouse storage equipment to distributors, 3PL operators and factories across 30+ countries. Our job is not only to get the equipment to you — it is to make sure it arrives complete, correct and still replaceable years later.
What we do
We organise supply so you do not have to
Storage equipment is straightforward to specify and surprisingly difficult to source well. The declared load rating is not always the real load rating. A "complete" order can still be short two uprights. A supplier who answered every email in week one can go quiet when a replacement part is needed in year three.
That is the part we take responsibility for. We select the right specification, verify it before it ships, handle the paperwork, and stay reachable afterwards. Buyers who already have an experienced supply chain usually need us less. Buyers ordering their first system across borders usually need us a lot.

These apply to every order, and they are what we would want to hear as a buyer.

Specification is confirmed before productionYou approve drawings, capacities and finishes in writing. Nothing is produced from assumptions.

Quality is checked on every unitNot a random sample. Load ratings, dimensions and finish are verified before packing.

Delivery date is the date we commit toWe quote a realistic lead time and we report progress, including when something slips.

Spare parts stay availableWe keep specifications on file so replacement parts can still be matched years later.
Risk
If something goes wrong
Cross-border procurement has risk. Here is how we handle the four things buyers worry about most.
Goods arrive damaged or short
Full photographs and packing list evidence, then replacement or credit at your choice.
Quality below specification
Send samples back. We verify and replace the non-conforming batch at our cost.
Delivery is late
We tell you early with a revised plan, not late with an excuse.
You need parts in five years
Specifications are archived, so matching parts remain orderable.

Common questions
Questions buyers ask
Do you sell directly, or through distributors?
Both. Distributors and importers get private label and container consolidation. End users deal with us directly.
Can you sign an NDA before I send drawings?
Yes. Mutual NDAs are routine before receiving project layouts or tender documents.
What are your payment terms?
Commonly 30% deposit with the balance against the copy bill of lading by T/T. Other arrangements can be discussed for long-term customers.
Can you match my existing racking dimensions?
Yes. If you send the model or the bay dimensions we can usually match it exactly, which matters when replacing equipment one section at a time.
Do you provide installation and training?
Remote installation guidance and operator training are included on request. On-site commissioning can be quoted for larger automation projects.
